This morning we had pillsbury cinnamon rolls with orange icing. The rolls were great but the orange icing left a lot to be desired. They were on sale and I had never had the orange icing before so I wanted to try it and I am glad I did. I will stick with regular, plain icing next time.

It's cold and dreary here today and my grandparents spent the night, so I made homemade gingerbread with a lemon sauce to drizzle over. Mmmm. We had that and coffee.

Lisa, I saw a couple pages back you made whole grain biscuits. Can I please have your recipe? Every time I try to make whole wheat biscuits they turn out like rocks. How do yours turn out?

I'll try and get you that recipe tomorrow, or maybe Monday. I've always liked my biscuits.
