So the new season starts on Monday night.... Any thoughts? I saw a promo and it looked like the same old house.
I am afraid if they cured him on the show, it would not be as funny. :)

Oh yeah, I agree, the whole season in the psych ward would be too much. I liked the episode and it will be interesting how he goes back to real life. I kept thinking the girl was fake like with cutty.

Wow, what a way to shake things up! Didn't quite see that coming. You had to wonder why those 2 were never shown in the beginning credits.
I missed quite a bit of the first 1/2 talking to my son on the phone. Was there something that Greg figured out about how to deal w/ the pain in his leg other than vicodin that I missed?
I just went to hulu & watched that last 10 minutes I missed last week. In a way, I really needed that 10 minutes to sum up going into last night. He got into that cooking just a little too easy. I think getting that understanding about how to deal w/ his feelings was the breakthrough. I liked the smiley face shirt too. He knows now it's okay to be happy & still be House! k

Yep, I read about that. Good grief, what's w/ all the folks leaving in just a short amount of time? I have to say one thing, the professionalism of Jesse Spencer & Jennifer Morrison is amazing. To play the roles that they have been playing all this time after ending their own personal relationship is pretty amazing. I somehow wonder if the stress got to them. It would be totally normal. k

Well because Foreman put 13 on the trial drug. They have all done something stupid. There was some good acting on that episode. You almost felt bad for the horrible dictator. James Earl Jones. Right?
I was confused about House and the disabled guy. I was thinking the guy did not lose an arm at all.

Good thinking! I totally forgot about the drug trial. Yes, that makes perfect sense.
Yeah, that freaked me out too. I wasn't sure what was going on. Clever idea! But, of course, that's House!
I thought for a minute the fans were being messed w/ since we had already heard about Jennifer Morrison leaving. Almost pulled a fast one there! k

That is actually a legitimate therapy for phantom limbs. The brain last saw the limb in a very bad state, and can't get past that injury, so it feels like pain, even though there is no limb. The therapy tricks the brain into seeing the limb as whole, which makes the pain go away. Typically it takes more than one try though. Usually the relief is immediate, but then the pain comes back so they have to do it again a few times until it sticks.

I didn't realize that the game was wrapping up, so I didn't know the show was still coming on. Great. Now, I'll have to wait till next Tuesday!.

Missed it too. Not sure if I am going to spend $1.99 to get it now on Amazon, or wait a week and watch it on hulu for free.
