YESS!! I'm looking forward to it! I REALLY hope it don't have a lame ending though...

Miss Giggles -> RE: Final LOST season starts Feb 2nd (11/19/2009 8:03:59 PM)

Could you imagine how many upset people there will be if that is true.. LOL!

momma-mo -> RE: Final LOST season starts Feb 2nd (11/20/2009 3:25:16 PM)

I'm really looking forward to it. Can't wait to see the back stories on Richard, Jacob, and Smokey(aka: creepy guy threatening Jacob on the beach, and walking dead Locke.)

I watched the season finale the other day trying to pick up clues. I had forgotten that just before evil Locke kicked him into the fire Jacob told him..."they're coming"...which seemed to anger him. At first I thought he was referring to the off island "others" that Richard knew nothing about, that had just shown up on the beach with dead Locke. But now I think he meant the Losties from the plane...that they were going to return from their time travel. When Juliette struck the bomb and there was a white flash I believe that was the island time traveling them all. I think the Losties are going to become "others" by the end of next season and will protect the island. (I hope they don't kill Richard off, we all like him here.)

Anyway, that's just my theory. I'd bet there are many other ways to see it too. [:)]

momma-mo -> RE: Final LOST season starts Feb 2nd (11/20/2009 3:27:19 PM)

Oh yeah. Wouldn't surprise me if the leader of the "others" would end up being Jack! What a turnaround from before that would be!

I am so excited, but bummed, as I thought it was going to start in Jan. Ugh!

I guess I can wait. :(

rgod -> RE: Final LOST season starts Feb 2nd (11/22/2009 10:27:42 AM)

I'm looking forward to it! Flash Forward will keep me going until Lost begins again ....

I am kind of lost on Lost though. I think that I've got to watch some of it again to figure out exactly what is happening so I can fully enjoy the last season.

uncabeeil -> RE: Final LOST season starts Feb 2nd (11/22/2009 8:16:57 PM)

Wouldn't be surprised to see them tie Lot and Flash forward together. Working on the theory that the flash forwards occurred at the same time that the sky turned purple. That would explain all the former Lost castmates that are on Flash Forward.

reach -> RE: Final LOST season starts Feb 2nd (11/24/2009 11:22:59 AM)

I want to watch Flash Forward, but it is on Thur at 8pm and my husband and I watch Survivor. I have not gotten on line to watch it because I don't always get a good picture when I watch online and the show stops all the time, very annoying. Ugh!

I will definately have to watch it though.

furrypurrykitty -> RE: Final LOST season starts Feb 2nd (11/24/2009 3:27:16 PM)

A friend told me last night that the LOST season premiere is going to be four hours. I haven't verified that yet, but if it is true, I think that may kill off the brain cells that watching five seasons of LOST hasn't killed already!

Most likely a rehash for an hour, then the last episode from last year, then a 2 hour season premier.

furrypurrykitty -> RE: Final LOST season starts Feb 2nd (11/24/2009 4:52:13 PM)

You're probably right. They've done that kind of thing before.

Miss Giggles -> RE: Final LOST season starts Feb 2nd (11/24/2009 8:18:09 PM)

I think its 3 hours, not 4. 8-11 EST But still you are probably right about a 1 hr recap.

ajlewis -> RE: Final LOST season starts Feb 2nd (11/26/2009 8:39:42 AM)

I've heard they're not going to be doing all that time shifting nonsense. Boy, I hope so. I became really LOST after the island vanished. I now have no idea now who's in the 1700's, 1954, 1976, present time, in the future somewhere, who's fake and who's real, who's dead or are they really...ARRGH!!! This is harder to follow than a David Lynch movie!

maybe they should call it "LOST Audience"

furrypurrykitty -> RE: Final LOST season starts Feb 2nd (11/27/2009 11:34:58 AM)

uncabeeil, I shared with a friend your theory about LOST and FlashForward being connected. She thought about this a minute, but then objected that Dominic Monaghan's (Simon on FlashForward) character on LOST, Charlie, is dead. I just started laughing and said, "How many people on that show have ever been REALLY DEAD?"

uncabeeil -> RE: Final LOST season starts Feb 2nd (11/27/2009 8:27:02 PM)

Maybe that's where all the dead people on Lost wind up.

saywhat12 -> RE: Final LOST season starts Feb 2nd (11/28/2009 6:22:52 PM)

I can't wait! This is the only show I look forward to.

reach -> RE: Final LOST season starts Feb 2nd (12/31/2009 1:23:44 AM)

I thought this time would never come.... It is almost the new year! I can hardly stant it.... What is the count down???? 5 weeks!

furrypurrykitty -> RE: Final LOST season starts Feb 2nd (12/31/2009 11:50:41 AM)

Go to ABC's LOST page and they have a sweepstakes you can enter to see the opening scene of the season premiere online if you answer six questions about the show correctly. (If you get any wrong, you can resubmit.)

luvsrickforever -> RE: Final LOST season starts Feb 2nd (1/1/2010 11:48:15 PM)

I have watched Lost since the beginning but in the last 2 years I have been really lost! No pun intended, I assure you. I get so confused watching this show. It really bugs me! I hope watching the first show of the season will clear some things up for me.

While were on the subject, what's up with these shows that are on for a short amount of time, and then are off for 3 or 4 months? Do they actually think people are going to come back to them when they come back on? I wish I could get paid the big bucks these people do and be out of work for 3 or 4 months. That would be fun for me. When I 'm out of work, and I don't get paid anywhere close to what they make, I'm worried about not having enough money for bills. Unless they are spending money like it grows on a tree in their back yard, they don't have to worry. I do.

trinigirl722 -> RE: Final LOST season starts Feb 2nd (1/1/2010 11:49:42 PM)

I don't think they're off that long -- just working on the show behind the scenes.

dctalkgirl -> RE: Final LOST season starts Feb 2nd (1/3/2010 4:30:23 PM)

Man wish I could watch it. But I don't get no stations (the converter boxes were a big joke) plus I have a old computer that won't play things online right. So I probably won't be able to see it until the season comes on dvd. Unless I can get someone here who can watch the show to tell me what's happening on all of the episodes. *hint* *hint*

I got Season 3 for Christmas oh how I love my sister not that I didn't love her before. I just need Season 4 and 5 now.

The ABC channel here is touch-and-go too, thanks to everything going digital. Yeah, the picture's clearer, but it's not much good if it keeps blacking out. With analog it might have been fuzzy, but at least I could still see what was going on. I have an old computer too, so I'm hoping for good reception on Lost nights, otherwise I may be waiting for the DVD too.
